Weigh-In: 205 lbs
This week has been funny weight-wise. I've eaten pretty well, biked about 70 miles since Monday, lifted weights on Tuesday, and yet I'm up several pounds. I'm assuming its water weight , or maybe muscle?
Who knows.
Anyway, here's a random pic from my bike trip last month. You can get an idea of the crazy looking recumbent I ride when I go on bike tours.

I don't really have much else to say. I'm just trying to maintain my weight, and hopefully slowly build some muscle. I'm trying to stay active.

that is a crazy looking bike. There are a few people around Portland that ride similar looking bikes. They actually look like lounge bikes ;). I bet its your muscles holding onto water while repairing. It will drop back down in the next few days.
I got back from the bike trip over three weeks ago, so I don't think that caused the weight gain, unless you mean the 70 miles I've done this week. that's pretty normal for me though, so that's why I don't really get it.
The body is weird. That weight will come off in no time. Besides, you don't look like you have an ounce of fat on you! I wouldn't sweat the weight gain too much. ;)
BTW, 70 miles this week? Dude, you're crazy! That's awesome.
That is a pretty weird looking bike. I bet you get a bunch of confused looks from people while riding through rural areas.
