Eat meats, vegetables, some fruit, nuts, and seeds, as much as you want. For me it's just a way of life now (for the most part, I do cheat occasionally), and it's fairly effortless once you get the hang of it. The first time I went strict Paleo I lost 7 pounds in a week. If weighing in every day helps you then do it religiously.<br /><br />I've been wanting to start riding a bike to work myself, just to a) get some fresh air as it's been really nice here lately and b) get some lower-intensity cardio that's actually enjoyable. Unfortunately I got hit with a ton of expenses this past month so I have to wait to buy a bike. Hopefully I can get one soon.
