You're stunting any muscle growth with that amount of calories.Jayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04465582972984058573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086939420869382067.post-58941609488437459752008-01-18T14:31:00.000-08:002008-01-18T14:31:00.000-08:00So all that said, I know it sounds like I'm being ...So all that said, I know it sounds like I'm being overly anal. I know some people will read this and say that I've lost 80 pounds, why should I be worried about going a little overboard one day.

Because you would fall into the trap that I've fallen into in the past.

The REASON you've lost 80 pounds is because you've never settled for second place.

Now, don't beat yourself up about these chips and salsa, but learn from it. That's how you keep winning. I wouldn't say "worry" - but take note.Rob Tuckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07460973214942219031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086939420869382067.post-23135118603000684842008-01-18T10:16:00.000-08:002008-01-18T10:16:00.000-08:00There are 2 key things you wrote: 1. "Remember what happened, and what needs to be done differently next time."

Everyday you will be faced with choices. Somedays you make the right ones, other days you won't. Nohing to be embarrassed about Brian. Just learn from it. And by writing about it we can learn from it too.GeneTheKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13935482331577931701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086939420869382067.post-52118695852811367782008-01-18T08:50:00.000-08:002008-01-18T08:50:00.000-08:00Baja Fresh will sneak up on you. That was until I checked out the nutritional values online one day. I was shocked. As with most quick options, the health benefits are minimal.

I agree with Billy to an extent, but by learning about you thru your blog, I don't see you being that guy who rests on his laurels. It seems like you've already put your mindset back in check which is good. Don't beat yourself up too bad. You've acknowledged that it was a choice that you're not happy with, now learn from it and move on.kylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17880848624993489881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086939420869382067.post-19208122112121522722008-01-18T08:30:00.000-08:002008-01-18T08:30:00.000-08:00Well, as you know, as soon as you start saying "I ...Well, as you know, as soon as you start saying "I lost 80 pounds, I shouldn't worry about what I eat so much anymore", that's a bad way to start.
