If weighing in every day helps you then do it religiously.<br /><br />I've been wanting to start riding a bike to work myself, just to a) get some fresh air as it's been really nice here lately and b) get some lower-intensity cardio that's actually enjoyable. Unfortunately I got hit with a ton of expenses this past month so I have to wait to buy a bike. Hopefully I can get one soon.
